Using cellphones before going to sleep will not just leave you turning and tossing, it can really make you go loss your eyesight.

For two girls in the country of United Kingdom, aged 22 and 44 strange vision problems that occurred only at night or early in the morning using cellphones in the dark area.

The women grumbled of recurring incidents of temporary loss of eyesight for about 15 minutes.

They were subjected to different medical tests, MRI scans and heart exams. Yet doctors could not see anything incorrect with them to describe the complication.

In both cases, doctors found out that these eyesight complications occurred only after the girl had viewed their cellphones for a few minutes, while lying on their side in the bed.

Hence, one eye amends to the light from the phone while the other convert to the dark.

When the smartphone is switched off, the brain gets demented and wonders why one eye is adjusted for “daytime” while the other is adjusted every night.

Cellphones is the intensely tool to momentary blindness and sometimes lasting eye damage.


What is worst is that the damage goes after our eyes as it verified that blue light has a link to cancer, diabetes, heart problem, and being fat.
