Other cities such as New York, Chicago, and Boston have transformed busy traffic routes into pedestrian-friendly pathways.

Similarly, physical exercise such as aerobic activities regular walking will help to maintain and increase overall fitness.

Minimum of 30 minutes walking a day, can improve cardiovascular fitness, reduce the risk of developing conditions such as type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease, strengthen bones, and reduce excess body fats. It’s also rarely discuss on how walking can gives more benefits to our body.
