Many of the people nowadays likes to have a sexy and slimmer body, but they’re not even cautious that several activities that they are really doing may trigger bloated stomach.

1. Drinking plenty of water with your meal
- Water is essential but drinking plenty of water along with your meals can really cause to indigestion and it will make you feel bloated afterwards.

SOLUTION:


- Drink plenty of water either an hour before or after your meals. Just take a little sip on a glass of water during your meal.

2. Drinking a lot of starch and protein together
- Protein is well known to have the potential to slow the rate of digestion and starches digest much quicker into simple sugars.

SOLUTION:

- Consume your starch first before consuming protein. You can also have a little serving of starch with protein but do not take excess of it.

3. Drinking Ice-Cold Water with your Meal

- Ice cold water increases the blood vessels, hence, it stops the potential of the body to digest food effortlessly and assimilate more nutrients. It will solidify the fats that you already consumed which will sometimes cause too hard to digest food.

SOLUTION:
- Drink water at a room temperature. You can also sip hot water or green tea before consuming your meal.
