Dinner: a serving of chicken & salad

Thursday

Lunch: fruits
Dinner: salad and a steamed chicken

Friday

Breakfast: 2 pcs. Of boiled eggs and a citric fruit
Lunch: steamed veggies and 2 pcs. Of eggs
Dinner: salad and BBQ or fish

Saturday

Breakfast: 2 pcs. Of boiled eggs and a citric fruit
Lunch: fruit
Dinner: steamed chicken and veggies

Sunday

Breakfast: 2 pcs. Of boiled eggs and a citric fruit
Lunch: tomato salad, steamed veggies and chicken
Dinner: steamed veggies

WEEK 2

Monday
